Woman beheaded in video

This is sad, what's going on with the world? I saw someone shared a video in Facebook, it is such gruesome murder. I don't know how many people has watched the video clip. It is masked man held a woman who both hands tied behind her back, she kneel down on the floor facing the camera person.

No idea what language is the man speaking in the video, he use a knife cut her throat and around her neck. I don't think anyone dare to watch it until the end because the man then held the woman's head in his hand.
